I started making wine about a year ago at a local wine making spot, but my Dad Salvatore suggested I start doing it at home with my own kit. I received such good advice and quality materials that my wine turned better than the local guy. I had more control and much better results. I shop regularly at Food Basics on Barton Street in Hamilton. I just finished supper and felt I wanted to send management an email. Your store featured large 2 pack T bone steaks this week. The price seemed fair. about 15 dollars for the package. I recognize you dont have a butcher on staff at the store however the quality of the cut of meat as well as the fact it was trimmed led me to send this email. The tastiest and most tender cut of meat I can ever remember having. Even in good steak houses

I shop at this store about 3 times a week. I live in Heart Lake (Brampton) which is about 13km from Longos. There are several food stores close to me (Metro 400m / Freshco 2km / Fortinos 2.5km / Sobeys 4km )but I always prefer to shop at Longos. Everything about this store is A1. I love the prepared food bar. The food is always fresh, very well prepared and very tasty and the food bar is always kept very clean. Everyone is always courteous and helpful.
