I received costumer service from Derek on March 6th, 2022 and Casandra on March 7th, 2022, both of them were excellent. They provided me with a great deal. I found them both, informed about the products, helpful with a caring attitude. I am sure other group members provide a great costumer service too. Highly suggest this group.

Not sure about the other rating on here because this branch has consistently provided me with above-and-beyond customer service. I've come here multiple times for help and am usually assisted by Danilo (who is always helpful, warm, and polite) but all the staff here have been great. Thank you Telus Park Royal!

When I called to ask for a specific phone, they said they had it and I drove nearly an hour to get there. They didn’t have it. I tried to contact the manager the following 2 days and the sales person was angry that I was trying to talk to his manager regarding the inappropriate way the business was handled. He then hung up on me saying it wasn’t his problem his boss didn’t want to talk to me. I am unsure if they actually gave my message to the manager. Avoid this terrible branch.
